A contestant from Made in Chelsea is reportedly homeless after getting involved in a legal dispute with his stepfather’s new wife regarding his £38 million inheritance, as revealed in court.

Lonan O’Herlihy, often referred to as the “Posh PT,” was excluded from Hugh Taylor’s will following his death in 2019.

He left behind an estate valued at £38 million, which comprised classic cars, luxury properties, and a World War II-era Hawker Hurricane aircraft.

Jennifer Taylor, Hugh's new wife, received nearly all of his wealth as stipulated in his 2015 will.

The reality star, aged 36, is currently suing Jennifer, asserting that Hugh was a “father” figure to him during his childhood while married to his mother from 1995 to 2003.

Lonan, who was raised in Hugh’s Tudor manor and had his education, including private school fees and university tuition, financed by him, is seeking £5 million to sustain an “appropriate” standard of living.

However, he has been accused of preparing “a wish list of greed,” as he allegedly requested luxury watches, high-end homes, and extravagant cars.

The court heard that Lonan, who claims to have celebrity clients, is currently “homeless and relying on the kindness of friends to provide shelter.”

He has attributed his situation to the “extraordinarily aggressive tactics employed by Jennifer’s legal team,” which he claims led to the loss of his home and his girlfriend.

His barrister, Hugh Jeffery, stated: “Lonan is now in a vulnerable financial situation. He has been able to generate a reasonable income as a personal trainer, but he lacks savings, capital assets, and is burdened with significant debts.

“Additionally, due to the exceptionally aggressive stance taken by Jennifer’s legal representatives, he has ended his long-term relationship; since March, he has been homeless and dependent on friends for shelter.

“He owed his former partner Millie £28,994 for legal and living expenses.”

Mr. Jeffery accused Jennifer’s legal team of contacting Millie regarding costs, which he claimed contributed to their breakup.

He continued: “Jennifer tries to use Lonan’s social media presence to argue that he leads a lavish and carefree lifestyle, which confuses curated online personas with reality.

“Lonan trusts that any court will focus primarily on his bank statements and tax returns, which clearly reflect his relatively modest financial situation.

“Lonan is experiencing genuine financial distress. Due to Jennifer’s aggressive legal conduct, he has separated from his long-term partner, who was previously assisting him financially with accommodation costs.”

Mr. Jeffery mentioned that Hugh had taken on “parental responsibility” for Lonan and financially supported him until he was 22 or 23 years old.
