A MAJOR motorway has ground to a halt in one direction following a vehicle fire causing chaos for commuters.
The M25 anticlockwise has been brought to a standstill during rush hour between Junction 25 for Enfield and Junction 24 for Potters Bar.

Drivers should expect delays of half-an-hour and four miles of congestion.
The fire service have arrived on the scene.
A National Highways spokesperson said: “On the M25 anticlockwise between J25 (Enfield) and J24 (PottersBar) traffic has been held due to a vehicle fire.
“The fire service are on scene.
“There are delays of 30 minutes and 4 miles of congestion on the approach.“
