LOVE Island’s Ryan Bannister has taken a swipe at bosses after he was axed from the show after just 24 hours.
was shown the door earlier this month.
Their shock elimination came when the Islanders were gathered around the firepit under the impression another recoupling was about to take place.
But the group were blindsided when bombshells, and , were asked to stand.
The boys were told to step forward if they wanted to couple up with Billykiss, and Conor did, leaving Alima single.
Moments later, when no girls stepped forward for Ryan, the group assumed Alima and Ryan would be paired.
But instead, a brutal twist revealed both were being dumped from the Island immediately.
Ryan had only arrived on the show the day before and he had only slept in the villa for one night.
To say his time on the show was short but sweet is an understatement.
Now Ryan has taken a swipe at bosses, after only being on the ITV2 dating show for just one day.
On Instagram he has changed his profile to read: “Didn’t find love in 24 hours @loveisland.”;
Speaking shortly after he was sent packing, Ryan said: “It’s been a bittersweet experience, as I was only in there a short amount of time.
“I wish I got an opportunity to turn a few more heads but it is what it is!”;
Asked what is favourite moment in the villa was, he replied: “The two dates were lovely, the place we went to was stunning and it was a nice way to be introduced.“
Summing up his Love Island experience, Ryan said: “Being in the Villa and seeing it first hand, was a once in a lifetime opportunity!
“As short as it was, it was still amazing.”;
