However, it seems her luck is changing as the brunette beauty has decided to dive back into the dating scene following the show.
She has since ‘soft launched’ her boyfriend on social media, revealing earlier this year that she was dating again.
The reality star took to Instagram to share a series of photos from her birthday celebration with her mystery man.
India offered a glimpse of her luxurious staycation as she traveled to Cornwall for her special day.
One photo shows the star beaming at the camera on a beach, while another depicts her on a bed surrounded by wrapping and gifts.
India captured various images of her remarkable seafront accommodation, which featured an outdoor hot tub, champagne, breakfast for two, and breathtaking coastal views.
A black-and-white beach photo showed India in her boyfriend's arms as he lifted her for a sweet kiss, with his identity remaining concealed.

Fans flocked to the comments section, sending birthday wishes and congratulating her on finding love again.
Back in July, India first revealed that she had found love.
During an appearance on the "So Wrong It’s Right" podcast, India shared: “I was in a long-term relationship and then single for three years; I think I developed a fear of dating.
“You know when you go on those dates on the show, it feels so awkward.
“It instilled a fear of first dates in me, and I didn’t date for a long time.”
The host, fellow Love Island alum Olivia, was eager to know if she was dating again.
India, who first appeared on the show in 2019, revealed that she had initially been blocked from the dating app because her profile was mistakenly thought to be fake.
However, after resolving the issue, India returned to the app, ready to find love.
