LOVE Island’s Helena Ford has spilled the beans on her season’s mean girl as she revealed they told her “you don’t look like you do pilates” in a horrifying unseen dig.

The blonde bombshell met the Islander in question during her first appearance on the show in 2025.

Helena was getting to know footballer Harry Cooksley at the time she decided to befriend a girl who was always “sat on her own.”

The 30-year-old told how she “felt bad” for the Islander so she’d go and sit next to her – despite the girl being.

Helena revealed the Islander was indeed during an episode of GK Barry’s podcast Saving Grace.

Grace asked: “What was it like being with Emma in the villa?”

“Oh, it was a nightmare. You know what as well, like when she first came in, she was very much, she didn’t care about making friends. She wasn’t asked about it,” explained Helena.

“She was just like, doing whatever she needed to do. And I felt really bad for her.”

She continued: “So like when we were in the garden, she’d always be sat on her own. I’d go and sit next to her.”

A shocked said: “Oh my God, really?”

Helena added: “Yeah, I’d go sit next to her. I’m there talking to her and all she would do is make digs.

“I’d be like, ‘Oh, like your teeth are stunning,’ and she’d be like, ‘Yeah, mine are real.’ I was like, ‘Oh, f***ing hell.’

“They were talking about doing pilates or something and she went ‘You don’t look like you do pilates,’ and I went, ‘f**king hell, mate.’

“I was like, ‘I’m literally the only person that’s speaking to you in this villa.'”

questioned: “Oh, so it was [having no villa pals] kind of self-inflicted then?”

Helena agreed, saying: “Yeah!”

During her first appearance on series 12 of the ITV summer dating show, Helena and were accused of being “mean girls” by fans.

They often went toe-to-toe with The Big Three – Shakira Khan, Toni Laites and Yasmin Pettet.
