A LOVE Island couple have FINALLY made it official after being inseparable following their stint on the show.

The happy news as two couples went their separate ways.

In snaps shared on Instagram , rose petals were scattered across the bed and the room was filled with red heart-shaped balloons.

Across the wall in the background, more balloons spelt out the words, “I love you Ellie.”

Dressed in a black mini dress, matching blazer and knee-high boots, Ellie told fans: “Well… it’s official! I’m a girlfriend.”

But, Finley’s big gesture wasn’t over yet as he showered Ellie with a romantic present.

The 23-year-old got them both matching necklaces one with an ‘E’ and the other with an ‘F.’

Finley’s Love Island pal, , penned underneath the post: “Never met a perfect match like this! Congrats both, happy for you both.”

Meanwhile, , from their series, wrote: “Love you guysss.”

Ellie, who was part of the OG line-up, met Finley when he entered the Majorcan villa as a bombshell.

They didn’t have the smoothest of rides with but, they finished the show together with Ellie walking out of the villa after he was dumped.

Earlier this week, as fans noticed the latter posting cryptic stories on Instagram.

A source exclusively told The Sun: “Tommy and Yas are over. They’re friendly and it wasn’t a bad split but they have been talking over the last week and they’re not together anymore.

“They tried their best but it was just different outside the villa.”
