When the Islanders received the text revealing Charleen and Mara were dumped, the wording left things open for a possible return later on in the series.
The text said “dumped from the villa” not “from the island” – which is the same phrasing that was used to bring Samraj and Ellie back.
Fans spotted this subtle clue when the show aired on Tuesday night.
Taking to , one person said: “Anyone else clock they said dumped from the villa and not dumped from the island?
“Really hope they get the chance to go back in.”
Other fans were quick to react, with one person saying: “They are both casa girls i fear they wont be coming back in, they are both not needed anymore.”
Another added: “It feels pretty late in the series to do a twist like this but I’d love to have Mara back on my screen.”
And a third said: “As much as I loved Mara and Charleen their journeys are over.”
The last time that the show used the specific wording of “dumped from the villa” was when Ellie and Samraj were seemingly dumped in a shock twist.
Earlier on in the series, two bombshells arrived in the villa who were given the power to eliminate two contestants – and they chose Ellie and Samraj.
However, and were secretly sent to the hideaway.
They then made a full return to the villa alongside new arrivals, where bombshells Kavan and Priya picked them, saving them from permanent elimination.

While the villa action wrapped up in early August last year, our villa insiders tell us the winners will instead be crowned in a couple of weeks time.
A source told us: “There is around two and a half weeks of villa action left for this series, with the finale airing on the 27th.
“ won’t confirm the exact date until the middle of next week but it’s locked in for then.
“At this stage, it’s still unpredictable which couple will be named the winners.
“At one point it seemed like Fitzy and Lola would be the runaway favourites, but since Casa that has shifted somewhat.
“It’s really a wide-open race at this point.”
