The explicit moment came as part of a racy challenge which saw two Islanders get closer than ever.
Yana Marks, 21, and Kye Lambert, 22, left viewers shocked with their passionate display.
As part of the Forbidden Fruit challenge, Yana simulated a sex act with Kye.
The 22-year-old hunk held out a peeled banana from his crotch in an extremely suggestive manner.
Yana then dropped to her knees before sticking out her tongue and placing her mouth on the banana.
She then took a bite before standing back up and enjoying a long smooch with Kye.
Their fellow Islanders were left open-mouthed by the racy display, which sparked even more backlash given that Kye and Yana dated prior to the show but are not currently coupled up.
Fans watching along at home could not believe what they were seeing, as one wrote: “This season is vile! Not sure what it is but yeah! Keen for next season with more positive energy!”

In the scene, Kye could be heard remarking how his X-rated performance in the challenge would anger his current partner Lacey but pointed out how she had been caught snogging another Islander during the villa.
Kye said: “I definitely knew Lacey would have been looking at me but f*** that.
