LINCOLN CITY have landed the green light for a major 10,000-seater stadium redevelopment.

It’s double celebration for the as they get set for England’s second tier in the Championship next term.
It’s been a stellar season on the park for Michael Skubala and his troops as they look to breach the 100 point barrier in their title winning campaign.
Off it, the new development will enhace the stadium’s commercial offer and matchday experience for fans.
Key elements include a new covered fan concourse behind the Rilmarc Stand, a new event and hospitality venue, a reconfigured Fan Village and fanzone with interactive activity areas and digital screens, the installation of large permanent big screens within the stadium and fan areas and a new community café.
The likes of seating upgrades, accessibility improvements and enhancements to the stadium PA system will also take place to enhance the overall matchday atmosphere.
The newly-crowned third tier champions have two final games to play this campaign.
They currently sit on 97 points and can hit the century next time out again Wycombe in front of their own fans in the final home game of the season.
The -bound club round off their campaign on the road at already relegated Port Vale.
Boss Skubala was named League One Manager of the Season last weekend.
His side are on an incredible unbeaten run, while he’s also claimed three Manager of the Month awards.
Speaking on stage at the awards bash, he said: “There are some awesome managers and players in League One so we have had to be at our best.
“This has been a sensational group of players and the club is really aligned.
“The city is buzzing and I’m really privileged to lead Lincoln City at the moment.”
