Personal trainer Liam, 26, was recently seen getting close to 21-year-old Lara during a series of dates.
Witnesses reported that the couple was inseparable while enjoying a Christmas Eve pub night with friends.
A source from The Sun revealed that Lara’s mother was present at the Caldicot Football Club, joining the happy couple as they enjoyed their time together.
However, it seems the new couple couldn't handle the pressure, as Liam unfollowed Lara just hours after their romance became public.
Liam and Lara, who is a university student, are believed to have been dating for two months.
The TV star sparked excitement among fans when he subtly hinted at the relationship last year.
He shared photos from a luxurious stay at Cardiff’s Parkgate Hotel, where two wine glasses were placed on the table during an evening at the bar.
Fans were eager to discover the identity of Liam’s mystery woman, as he posted a cryptic image of a welcome card addressed to “Liam Reardon & guest.”
The star gained fame after his relationship with Millie Grace Court in 2021.
They broke up in September last year, marking the second time they have ended their on-and-off relationship of nearly four years.
Fans believe their unexpected breakup was due to neither Millie, who resides in, nor Liam, who is based in, wanting to take the next step and relocate.

Earlier this week, he seemingly took a cryptic jab at his ex, Millie, as it was announced that she would be entering the All Stars villa shortly.
The former bricklayer shared a series of photos of himself, using Zach Bryan’s song "Dawns" as the soundtrack—a cheeky remark.
The lyrics begin with: “Wake me up when the season’s gone.
“‘Cause I’ve wasted all my dawns on you.”
Other lyrics include: “Love’s just another drug I have grown a victim to.”
In another subtle jab, Liam captioned the images, which showed him on a country walk: “Heading into 2026 with a clear mind & vision. My greatest year yet. Happy New Year all.”
Millie appears to be coping well with the breakup, as insiders report that the 29-year-old is keen to move on, expressing excitement for some "flirtation" inside the Mallorca villa.
A source previously told The Sun: “Millie and Liam have tried very hard to make their relationship work.
“Unfortunately, the distance proved to be too challenging, and they have sadly ended their relationship for a second time.”
Fans believe Millie would be a great match for Welsh-born rugby player Ciaran Davies.
However, Millie’s best friend Chloe Burrows commented: “I’m going to say I don’t see that happening, hahahaha.”
