The stars of tvN’s “ Law and The City ” have shared their final thoughts ahead of tonight’s series finale!
“Law and The City” is a drama that follows five associate attorneys—Ahn Ju Hyeong ( Lee Jong Suk ), Kang Hui Ji ( Mun Ka Young ), Cho Chang Won ( Kang You Seok ), Bae Mun Jeong ( Ryu Hye Young ), and Ha Sang Gi ( Im Seong Jae )—as they navigate the challenges and triumphs of their daily lives.
With just one episode left in the drama’s run, Lee Jong Suk expressed his gratitude to his co-stars as he looked back on his experience during filming.
“Because the five of us were together, I was able to stay strong [throughout filming], and I was very lucky to be able to act with them,” said Lee Jong Suk. “It was truly a very special time.”
The actor went on to address his fans directly, saying, “I feel like I spent around half a year living as Ahn Ju Hyeong, and now that my life as Ahn Ju Hyeong is over, I will greet you more often as Lee Jong Suk. I love you and am always grateful to you.”
Meanwhile, Mun Ka Young conveyed her deep gratitude to the drama’s viewers by saying, “Thank you for giving us so much love and interest. I hope there comes a day in the future when you find yourself gently reminded of the five associate attorneys. I’m rooting for everyone who endured today.”
Kang You Seok similarly thanked viewers by remarking, “Thank you to the many people who loved our drama. All the moments I spent filming while constantly worrying how to do a good job portraying Cho Chang Won remain in my memory.”
He continued, “I think it was the sweat and hard work of the entire cast and crew, along with the director and writer, that made this great drama possible. Thank you for giving us so much love.”
Ryu Hye Young revealed her deep affection for the cast and crew, sharing, “I think we created perfect harmony because all of us got along well together and because we had the greatest staff, so I feel grateful and proud. I think my love for people deepened through [playing] Bae Mun Jeong. I’m sincerely rooting for all the Bae Mun Jeongs in the world.”
Finally, Im Seong Jae told viewers, “Even in this sweltering heat, I took the words ‘it’s nice that it’s heartwarming’ as a compliment while spending the past month with you all. We associate attorneys will now take off our coats and greet you again with a different image.”
