The influencer and mum-of-two shared a snap of herself ahead of hitting the , in a zip-up grey top and matching .
She wore a black vest top underneath, and the ensemble clung to her in all the right places.
Mum, aka Roxanne Hoyle, flashed a huge smile at the camera as she held up the peace sign, and added: “There’s always so much to be grateful for in life.”
Her gym session came ahead of Rox celebrating her 42nd birthday on Tuesday, as she posted a video of herself blowing out the candles on her birthday cake.
She then shared a picture of herself in hilarious glasses, two birthday rosettes and holding a 4 and a 2 balloon, as she insisted she’s saying her new age with “utter pride”.
“I’m not apologising… I’m owning it,” she continued.
“Because every single year has shaped me into the woman I am today.
“The mistakes, the lessons, the heartbreaks, the ups, the downs, the wins, the big laughs – they’ve all built a strength, perspective and gratitude that 24-year-old me simply didn’t have yet.”
Rox added that there’s “something so freeing about getting older” and “not feeling like you need to shrink yourself anymore”.
“I don’t want to rewind time. I honestly want to honour it,” she continued.
“Yes, the world might glorify youth but there’s nothing luckier than waking up to another day.
“Another day to love harder, laugh louder, tighter.
“Such a blessing.
“So here’s to embracing every single day instead of wishing the years away. To understanding that ageing isn’t a loss, it’s a privilege!”
Rox celebrated her latest birthday having completely transformed her appearance since last year.
She regularly shares pictures and videos of herself working out in her and husband Mark’s home gym, and heading out in exercise gear.
