KELLY Brook has shared the extensive preparations she has undertaken prior to her appearance on I'm A Celebrity.

While appearing on the How To Fail podcast with Elizabeth Day, the host inquired about her preparations for jungle life.
Kelly responded, “I’ve been doing a lot of body lasering and hair removal because I don’t think there’s much of that happening in the jungle.”
She continued, “I’ve also cut out coffee since I believe that will be a significant adjustment for me without caffeine.
“I enjoy my daily comforts like food and a glass of wine, so I’m gradually reducing those things that bring me comfort here, which I won’t have there.”
Kelly added, “I’ve been mentally preparing by watching past trials on television to familiarize myself with what I’ll be facing.”
The Loose Women star then expressed her biggest fears that might lead her to quit the show.
When asked what she’s most anxious about, Kelly explained, “I’m terrified of everything. As I’ve aged, I’ve developed more phobias. I even feel uneasy about taking the Tube at Leicester Square because of the steep escalator.
“I prefer to have someone in front and behind me so I feel sandwiched in.”
“I’m afraid of heights, snakes, and spiders—just to name a few. I can handle them in small doses, but the thought of them crawling all over me terrifies me.”
“However, I’m willing to confront my fears—I think it will be quite empowering.”
Kelly arrived at Brisbane Airport in high spirits after a 24-hour flight.
While she remained tight-lipped about her I'm A Celeb participation, she did share what she would miss the most during her time in camp.
Kelly mentioned, “I will miss my dog Teddy, my husband Jeremy, and food in general.”
She humorously remarked upon her arrival at Brisbane Airport, “I haven’t seen my auntie Sheila in ages, so I’m excited to see her, and I appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm for my journey.”
When asked about her feelings towards creepy-crawlies, Kelly joked that there might be some in her “relative’s” garden and added, “I’m not sure what you mean, I’m just visiting a distant cousin.”
“I’m looking forward to surfing. As I mentioned, I’m eager to see my distant cousin who I haven’t met in a long time… the koalas and kangaroos.”
“There’s so much to anticipate.”
She is participating in the show years after claiming she would never do it.
She was enticed by a substantial ITV deal to enter the jungle.
A source revealed, “Show producers have pursued Kelly as a campmate for years, believing she could be their most attractive contestant ever.
“She’s glamorous, witty, and a familiar face to audiences, having been a panellist on various shows.
“She is sure to provide excellent television.”
The insider added about the Heart FM DJ, “Many viewers will be eager to see her participate in the iconic jungle waterfall scene as well.”
In 2018, Kelly firmly stated she would not participate in the show.
KELLY’S FEARS
Recently, Kelly disclosed her concerns that could hinder her experience in the I'm A Celebrity camp.
She mentioned that she struggles to go anywhere without her husband, 40, and would even decline trips if he could not accompany her.
She stated, “I’m very co-dependent. Jeremy and I just want to be together all the time.
“Well, I definitely want to be with him all the time. I’m not sure if he would agree!”
“We plan our schedules to ensure we spend time together.”
Kelly will be facing the jungle challenges without Jeremy by her side.
During the show, Loose Women panelist Jane Moore asked Kelly, “If you were going abroad for a night or something, would he come with you?”
Kelly replied, “Yes, he would either come with me or I simply wouldn’t go.”
In response, Mariella Frostrup humorously commented, “I feel quite suffocated just listening to you!”
