“Everything changes, I like the energy, it’s quite calming – not when they kids come back at 1pm by the way – it’s just something that I’ve not experienced before.
“It’s a different vibe and I feel like living in a country with different religions and so many different cultures, you learn so much and pick up so much.”
Podcast host Kate added: “My children are learning things that they wouldn’t… they might learn it in the UK but they wouldn’t actively be living it. That’s something that I really love about Dubai.”
Kate confessed she doesn’t yet feel comfortable enough to say “Mashallah” as she’s “not got the right voice.”
But she revealed that her son Cree, 5, is now learning Arabic.

She penned: “Life is busy, I’m trying to slow down and not move at a fast pace everywhere. [It’s] not perfect, but I’m more aware of what I am doing, I’m trying to stop myself in my tracks sometimes.
“Listen, I’ve got a busy life, but I’m actively trying to do like some breath work and some things to like change my mindset cause I realise nothing can change this apart from me.
“You’ve got to actually make changes in your life so I’m trying to do that and I feel like it’s going ok.”
The reality star’s latest podcast episode was a Mother’s Day special, recorded just two days before in the Middle East, with the UAE suffering hits from Iranian drones and missiles.

Residents have been threatened with legal action for “circulating rumours or unverified news“, while authorities appeared to wrongly suggest that videos of a fire at the popular Fairmont hotel – later confirmed to have been caused by drone debris – was old footage from a previous incident.
One influencer out in Dubai agreed to an interview with The Sun but later said: “I’m a bit worried – can I go to jail for what I’ve posted?”
He then went silent, deleted videos he’d posted of the drone strikes, but what he posted next was even stranger.
The influencer went on to publish videos praising the UAE’s government, hopping on a trend that sucks up to the sheikhs.
