The upcoming weekend drama “Our Golden Days” has unveiled new stills highlighting Jung In Sun ’s family dynamic!
“Our Golden Days” is a generational family drama built around the idea that everyone has their own golden era-be it in the past, present, or future. The story explores how people encounter and reflect on those meaningful moments in life.
The newly released stills feature Jung In Sun as Ji Eun Oh, Kim Jung Young as Jung Soon Hee, and Yang Hyuk as Ji Kang Oh, building anticipation for their family dynamics.
Ji Eun Oh is cheerful and optimistic, but has been the family breadwinner since her household fell on hard times. She works as a café manager, runs her own interior design office, and helps at her mother Jung Soon Hee’s store whenever she can, living the life of a “pro multi-job worker.” Despite her struggles, she does not give up on her dream of becoming an interior designer.
After losing her husband, Jung Soon Hee depends on Eun Oh for financial support. To her, daughter Eun Oh is dependable and feels at times like the head of the family and at times like a close friend.
Her son Kang Oh, in contrast, often causes trouble, leaving her frustrated and heartbroken. When a major incident caused by Kang Oh forces her to choose between Eun Oh and Kang Oh, Soon Hee finds herself at a crossroads.
Ji Kang Oh, Eun Oh’s younger brother, is naturally a complainer and a troublemaker, carrying deep insecurities after a lifetime of being compared to his sister. Eventually, he exploits Eun Oh to secure a large sum of money, placing himself at the center of a family conflict.
Soon Hee also struggles, unable to turn her back on her troubled son. The tangled relationships among the three will reveal raw emotions and hidden wounds within the family. Ji Eun Oh’s family is expected to add emotional depth to the drama as they explore the true meaning of family through love and conflict, pain and reconciliation.
“Our Golden Days” will premiere on August 9 at 8 p.m. KST. Stay tuned!
