June Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety stars!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular entertainers, using big data collected from May 7 to June 7.

Yoo Jae Suk held onto his spot at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 5,780,895 for June. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “DdeunDdeun,”; “You Quiz on the Block,”; and “Running Man,”; while his highest-ranking related terms included “hardworking,”; “consistent,”; and “positive.”; Yoo Jae Suk’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.09 percent positive reactions.

Shin Dong Yup rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 3,479,974, marking a 62.45 percent increase in his score since May.

Meanwhile, Kim Jong Kook took third place with a brand reputation index of 3,103,078 for the month.

Kim Joon Ho came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,031,922, marking a 73.10 percent rise in his score since last month.

Finally, Kim Jong Min rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,820,108 for June.
