In a new update, Jordan was reunited with his pregnant girlfriend Sophie Kasaei – who that Jordan’s condition poses.

Sophie went for a walk outside of the hospital with Jordan, who admitted he had to use a wheelchair for the outing.

Sharing a picture with his other half, who he is set to welcome a baby boy with, Jordan said on Instagram: “Lord give me strength.

“Get me home to my boy.

“5 mins of fresh air off the ward this morning with my everything. Still not got the strength to walk and am super weak all over my entire body.”

Going on to laud Sophie’s support, he said: “Thank you for holding me up all the way through this.

“Still a long way to go int his battle but we are getting there”.

Jordan was initially taken to hospital with a mystery illness, before he was diagnosed with viral and encephalitis.

He has been keeping fans up to date on his condition from hospital, sharing an emotional video from his bed on the ward when he was first diagnosed.

At the time, he said:“This is the first time I’ve really been able to speak strong enough about what’s going on.

“I’ve been diagnosed with not one but two joining viruses that are attacking a similar part of my body. I have got viral meningitis and encephalitis together.

“That’s the inflammation of the brain and the lining around it. So this isn’t something small or minor.”

Jordan continued: “I’m on IV drips, everything antiviral, pain management, physio, seizure monitoring, to minimise seizure risk at the minute.”

The star added: “But unfortunately the swelling on my brain is getting worse. Really, really tough, even with the simple day-to-day activities and normal things that aren’t easy right now.

“So this is what I’m dealing with day-today.”

The health scare comes after Jordan and Sophie tried for two years to conceive their first child, finally falling pregnant before Christmas.
