“Went on my neck hit my head and flipped over, this came up a couple of days over, they think it’s completely unrelated which is good. A gnarly eye infection.
“Due to the concussion, I am basically on bed and couch rest for the next three days or so. I went to three doctors, not yesterday, the day before.
“Good news about the accident is I’m really lucky how I ended up, I could have been seriously, seriously injured, I’m very lucky how I came out of it”.

In a lengthy caption accompanying the painful-looking scenes, CBB alum told of her “very long week” and wrote: “I fell off the golf cart last Monday. With rest, my concussion has been recovering well. No where near 100 per cent, but on a good track.
“My eye however, is taking longer than expected to come around. I have a lovely team of doctors keeping a very close eye on me as I now am going to be back in rehearsals starting tomorrow.
“It’s definitely a bit early to be going back into everything, and I have to be very careful of not being 100 per cent recovered… but the Greatest saying in Hollywood, which I’m realizing to be true, the show must go on.
“If you see me with sunglasses on, just know, I’m not being a drama diva, just taking care of my eye giving it a bit of relief the patch I found after a few days to be a bit difficult with the concussion recovery so only wear it now if I need a complete light break!”
The American added: “Thank you for the lovely messages, I’ve been down the last few days dealing with this and feeling a little bit bummed but I’ve seen lots online that has made me smile so thank you for that”.
Earlier this week Jojo was while on an anniversary trip with partner , resulting in her being rushed to see medics.
She explained the incident in more detail on , noting how she was “very lucky” to not come out of the situation feeling worse.
Jojo shared: “Rough day today. I fell / got thrown off my golf cart as I was turning left to return a golf ball the tires and accelerator got stuck and it went full speed (25 mph) in a few circles before going onto 2 wheels and throwing me off…
“I fell back onto my lower back, instinctively tucked my neck as far as I could to try and protect my head, but still hit it pretty hard.
“I rolled over my back and the cart kept going, I’m VERY VERY lucky for how I walked away from this today. I am feeling okay, just sore.”
Jojo announced in December that she would be with dance parties, build-a-bow sessions and a concert at sea.
The cruise is due to set sail from June 12 to June 15, giving the star less than two more weeks to rehearse while she’s still recovering from her injury.
