JOCKEY Brendan Powell was being treated on the track at Plumpton after an awful first-fence fall.
The in-form rider came down from the Joe Tizzard-trained Diamond Days in the 2m4f handicap chase at 2pm.

The fence was dolled off for the remainder of the race as on-course medics treated Powell.
Diamond Days was up and about after the fall.
It is believed there could be a slight delay to the 2.30pm race although horses are now in the parade ring.
Presenting from the track, Sky Sports Racing host Hayley Moore said Powell was being ‘made comfortable’ after the nasty incident.
She said an ambulance was on its way to the rider ahead of him in all likelihood being taken to hospital.
More to follow.
