JESY Nelson has revealed her baby twins are back in hospital.
The former Little Mix singer, 35, and musician Zion Foster, 27, share 16-month-old twin daughters Ocean Jade and Story Monroe who live with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1.
On Monday, Jesy posted a picture of her sweet twins together in a cot at hospital.
Her daughters were wrapped up warm in woolly baby grows and blankets.
Jesy has not revealed details of the hospital visit just yet.

Jesy has taken a swipe at her ex, liking a post on social media that reads: “How deadbeats be convincing new women they’re a good dad.”
It comes just weeks after the Bad Thing hitmaker , hitting the like button on a post shared on Instagram with the caption: “He wants to see the child… but not raise the child.”
Jesy opened up about her split from Zion during her recent docu-series , saying: “It’s a very traumatic thing that we’ve both been through.
“I think it’s quite inevitable for things like this to happen to couples.
“I don’t think it’s a shock that we’ve broken up.
“You’ll either be a team or it’ll tear you apart and unfortunately I feel that’s what it’s done to me and Zion.
“We still get on, there’s not bad feeling.
“My main priority is them. I just want to be the best mum with the best energy and positivity possible.
“The house was not like that when we were together.
“We’re both dealing with this situation completely differently, and together we were clashing. I decided we would be better off apart.”
