JAMIE Laing has been slammed by fans over a ‘bizarre and mean’ TikTok about wife Sophie Habboo’s bond with son Ziggy.

She looked so in love with her little boy, and Jamie wrote over the top of the sweet clip: “Don’t have the heart to tell her that one day she won’t be the most important person in his life.”

Fans have coined Jamie’s caption as ‘bizarre,’ as he added: “Just being honest…”

Taking to the comments, one person wrote: “What a weird thing to say,” while a second penned: “Such a strange video.”

A third commented: “What a bizzarre thing to say?” and a fourth echoed: “How horrible. There was no need for this.”

However, despite the negative comments, others were quick to defend Jamie and explain the purpose of the clip.

One person said: “It’s not weird he’s saying Sophie is the most special person to him. And that’ll apply to ziggy one day.”

While someone else wrote: “As a wife and a mother of a son. I can only pray my son makes his wife the most important person to him and he treats her with all the love and respect she deserves. My husband treats me like the most special person in the whole world.”

It comes after Sophie revealed that husband Jamie begged her for sex just three weeks after she gave birth.

The new parents made the confession on their podcast Newly Parents, as Sophie recalled how she rejected her husband’s advances on doctor’s orders.

Jamie said: “The big thing that I realise, when you came back from the hospital, I thought we were going to go back to normal as a couple and being a bit frisky with each other.”

Sophie replied: “When have we ever been frisky with each other?”

Jamie said: “We have! We were at the beginning. We have become a little bit more frisky being parents.”

Sophie responded: “We were celibate for a whole year during my pregnancy, we did it twice during the whole year.”

Influencer Sophie underwent an after suffering “scary” complications in her labour.

But just weeks after the ordeal, even though she had undergone major surgery.

Jamie said: “I remember when I tried to initiate it a couple of weeks in and you were like ‘are you kidding me, look at me’.”

Sophie explained: “Jamie three weeks were like ‘we need to have sex, this is not normal, please Sophie I’ve waited a year’, literally crying and stamped your little arms and legs and said you’d waited a year.

“Firstly I actually physically cannot, I have stitches all over me down there. Secondly, I have to be signed off by the doctor and you were like ‘oh, that’s bulls***, it’s always an excuse with you, you don’t have to be signed off by the doctor’.

“I was like ‘get on the phone to the doctor now, get on the phone to him’.”

The first time dad replied: “Sophie said ‘I’m not having sex with you because I’ve just had my stomach ripped open and I’ve got stitches everywhere, I have our son sucking on my nipple every single day, I’m tired, I’m exhausted, I’m floored, the last thing I want is you breathing on me, get out of here’.”

Sophie then forced Jamie to come along to her six week check-up because she wanted the doctor to confirm to Jamie that you can’t have sex until six weeks after birth.
