JAKE PAUL has needed more surgery after suffering a broken jaw during his knockout loss to Anthony Joshua in December.

YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul right to the face and broke his jaw in two places.

They are set for a wedding in the summer but will still be feeling the effects of taking on a former World Champion boxer even then.

He has now written an update online: “Had to get another jaw surgery.

“The screws and plates were coming loose because apparently I didn’t rest for the past 2 months whaattttttttt”.

Paul even wrote: “Double broken jaw. Give me Canelo in 10 days.”

He added: “Surgery went well thanks for all the love and support.

“2 titanium plates on each side. Some teeth removed.

“Have to have only liquids for 7 days”.

This time Paul shows behind-the-scenes of his surgery, posting snaps whilst lying in a hospital bed, wired up with doctors around him.

Another appears to be Paul on his way into an MRI scan as he enters the machine head first with a thumbs up.

The 27-year-old also posed with a pout next to Paul, who has a joking scowl on his face from bed.

Paul was unable to do his post-fight press conference, but the recovery time – initially said to be four-to-six weeks – has already passed with more trouble emerging.
