The experienced shrink had sessions with him at HMP but did not embark on an inappropriate relationship with him until after she left.
He told his probation officer the month she left that they were in a relationship but she denied it.
His Majesty’s and concluded “it is likely that this relationship was fabricated”.
The pair later had frequent contact and in a video call she showed snaps of “herself in a bikini and topless with her arms across her breasts”.
The service again raised concerns about her “sexual” behaviour but she insisted: “I am not in a professional relationship with the prisoner, nor in a sexual, financial or emotional relationship with him and never have been.”
The pair continued communicating and the Health and Care Professionals Tribunal Service suspended her for misconduct.
It has decided she can practise again.
