The Sun revealed which forced production to be halted.
Insiders said filming was paused last week to give Sophie time to recover, with staff warned that could take a month.
But four days later, revellers spotted her partying at trendy Trejo’s Taco, in Notting Hill, West London.
An onlooker who filmed the actress in the crowd told The Sun: “ was the life and soul of the party.
“She was with a group of mates and was drinking and dancing.
“Sophie didn’t seem like she had any kind of discomfort. She was up on her feet and jigging about to the live band.
“She was there until the early hours of Saturday morning.”
The footage may come as a shock to bosses, who issued a statement earlier this week confirming the production had shut down.
It said: “Sophie Turner recently experienced a minor injury. As a precaution, production has briefly paused to allow her time to recover.
“We look forward to resuming as soon as possible.”

Insiders told The Sun: “It’s been chaos on set and now the whole show is in jeopardy.
“Sophie’s been throwing herself into the role, but the gruelling physicality of being Lara Croft has meant she’s pushed her body too far.
“Many on set fear Sophie may have to be replaced altogether now, as she may not bounce back in time.”
Prime Video’s show has been created by star and also stars Sigourney Weaver.
The Sun contacted Sophie’s representatives for comment.
