Upcoming drama “Nine Puzzles”; has shared a new poster and trailer!
“Nine Puzzles”; is a mystery thriller that follows the story of profiler Yoon Yi Na (Kim Da Mi), who was the only witness in an unsolved case from 10 years ago, and detective Kim Han Saem (Son Suk Ku), who still believes her to be a suspect, as they unearth the secrets of a new serial murder case that begins with a mysterious puzzle piece.
The newly released poster captures attention with the sharp gazes of profiler Yoon Yi Na and detective Kim Han Saem, along with the faces of various characters scattered among the puzzle pieces. The characters featured include Yang Jung Ho (Kim Sung Kyun), the team leader of Violent Crimes Division Team 2, and Choi San (Hyun Bong Sik), the team’s youngest member, who will be investigating alongside Han Saem.
Park Gyu Young and Roh Jae Won appear as psychiatrists treating Yi Na, who has been in therapy for years due to trauma from a past incident. The other cast members shown in the puzzle pieces include Kim Ye Won, Kim Eung Soo, Park Sung Woong, Baek Hyun Jin, Lee Sung Min, Lee Hee Joon, and Ji Jin Hee.
The poster’s caption, “When the puzzle arrives, someone dies,”; sparks viewers’ imagination about the secrets behind the serial murder case that began with a mysterious puzzle and the individuals entangled in it.
Meanwhile, the new trailer begins with Yi Na receiving psychiatric counseling due to trauma from witnessing her uncle’s murder 10 years ago, juxtaposed with flashes of the past crime scene.
Next, a new murder occurs in the jurisdiction of Detective Han Saem, who has suspected Yi Na for the past decade, and profiler Yi Na once again becomes a witness. Revealing his deepening suspicion of Yi Na, Han Saem asks, “How is it that she can be the first witness to a murder twice?”;
Yi Na then receives a puzzle piece that perfectly matches the one found at the original murder scene 10 years ago. She concludes, “It’s a serial murder—it’s started again after 10 years.”; As the carefully planned crimes continue, Yi Na and Han Saem walk a tense tightrope between suspicion and cooperation. The trailer ends with Yi Na’s words, “Doubt yourself. That’s how you’ll find the answer.”;

The first six episodes of “Nine Puzzles”; will be released on May 21, followed by three more on May 28. The final two episodes will be released on June 4, for a total of 11 episodes.
