Actor Ji Jin Hee is set to make a special appearance in the Disney+ original series“Nine Puzzles”;!
“Nine Puzzles”; is a mystery thriller that follows the story of profiler Yoon Yi Na (Kim Da Mi), who was the only witness in an unsolved case from 10 years ago, and detective Kim Han Saem (Son Suk Ku), who still believes her to be a suspect, as they unearth the secrets of a new serial murder case that begins with a mysterious puzzle piece.
Ji Jin Hee takes on the role of Yoon Dong Hoon, a former senior police officer and Yoon Yi Na’s uncle and her only family, whose murder 10 years ago remains unsolved. The case was Kim Han Saem’s very first case as a rookie detective and has weighed heavily on him ever since. Still convinced that Yi Na, who found her uncle’s body, is the killer, Han Saem’s pursuit of the truth becomes increasingly desperate.
Ji Jin Hee’s character serves as a key to unlocking the complex, unresolved tension between Yi Na and Han Saem, deepening both the emotional stakes and the mystery at the heart of the series.
The first six episodes of “Nine Puzzles”; will be released on May 21, followed by three more on May 28. The final two episodes will be released on June 4, for a total of 11 episodes. Watch the drama’s latest teaser !
