‘I’m mummy’s boy’ – Actor Damson Idris

British-Nigerian actor Damson Idris has revealed that he is a “mummy’s boy.”;

The award-winning thespian stated that he is no longer ashamed to admit it.

He explained that his mother is the reason he exists and described her as his biggest fan.

In a recent interview with Kiss FM, London, the 33-year-old actor said his goal is to make his mother proud.

“I am a mummy’s boy. Big time. I am not ashamed to admit it anymore. It used to be kind of like – ‘ah, he’s a mummy’s boy.’ I am actually proud of myself on it. That woman is the reason why I exist. She is my biggest fan and I’m her biggest fan,”; he said.

“She is the one I want to make proud, and I relate to Joshua [a movie character] in that sense, too, because he just wants to make his mother proud and be the best and win a championship. And hopefully I can win a championship in whatever way I can, too.”;
