One viewer complained: “It’s a setup. I can’t vote because the app doesn’t work. It should have been Wddie and Aitch doing that trial. Both really annoying!”

Another remarked: “It would be great if they could fix this app; it didn’t work for many people, and we weren't able to vote.”

A third user asked: “Is anyone else having trouble with the voting app? Why can’t I vote??”

And a fourth added: “The app wasn’t even functioning.”

It was later announced that comedian Ruby Wax and social media personality Morgan Burtwistle, known as Angryginge, will be the first celebrities to tackle an eating challenge.

They informed their campmates that the Bushtucker trial will be held at a “disgusting restaurant” called The Divey.
