A MAN has reportedly been shot multiple times by Border Patrol agents after he was wrestled to the ground in Minneapolis.
The shooting allegedly took place off Nicollet Avenue in the south of the city which has now been closed off with traffic sent on a diversion.

Multiple law enforcement sources have told Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin that an individual is “down” and is being attended to by medics, he wrote on X.
Fox News has reportedly been told by the Department of Homeland Security that “the suspect was armed with a gun, which has been recovered by federal agents,” Melugin added .
Very few details are known at this time as the City of Minneapolis confirms it is investigating.
“We are aware of reports of another shooting involving federal law enforcement in the area of 26th Street W and Nicollet Ave,” the City of Minneapolis shared on X.
“We are working to confirm additional details. We ask the public to remain calm and avoid the immediate area.”
Minnesota Governor has confirmed he has spoken with the White House after “another horrific shooting by federal agents this morning”.
“Minnesota has had it. This is sickening,” he wrote on BlueSky.
“The President must end this operation. Pull the thousands of violent, untrained officers out of Minnesota. Now.”
It comes just two weeks after ICE agents inside her vehicle which sparked angry protests across the state over the conduct of ICE as they carry out mass immigration crackdowns in US cities.
Thousands of Minnesotans have taken to the streets in the severe cold this weekend to protest ICE.
Hundreds of businesses closed on Friday as workers went on strike to join demonstrations across the city.
