"Hen Do Destinations Hit by Alarming Rise in Attacks: Unpacking the Disturbing Trend Targeting Vulnerable Women"

By night Sophie is stalked by terrifying images of the moment she was brutally raped.

And her waking hours are troubled by the fact her attacker should have been deported from the UK long before he could commit his crime.

Sophie’s rapist was only in Britain because he successfully fought deportation to Nigeria after attacking another woman three years earlier.

The Sun can reveal that Oladele is among a number of migrants who have preyed on and attacked women following nights out at Britain’s pubs and clubs in hen-night and seaside hotspots.

A chilling pattern shows at least 15 migrants have been sentenced for late night attacks on women in the past two years – as statistics show a huge surge in the number of foreign criminals removed from the UK.

Many of the rapes and sexual assaults take place in run-down seaside resorts where properties have been turned into multiple-occupancy migrant homes while others are in towns and cities popular with hen nights.

Victims are now calling for an inquiry with the parent of one teen who was attacked saying: “This is a national emergency.”

Our analysis comes after the Home Office started last month to issue asylum seekers with an online guide entitled, which warns that rape and harassment are illegal and that making unwanted ‘kissing sounds ‘ at people in the street is unacceptable.

It also cautions that sex with children is illegal and “never try to have sex with someone who is asleep, drunk or unable to consent clearly.”

Sophie, 20, said: “My rape wouldn’t have happened had the Government had done its job.

“The immigration judge who allowed my attacker to stay in Britain should hang his head in shame.

“White men attack women too but you have to ask yourself what’s going on when migrants are given advice on how not to attack or rape women. It’s utterly bewildering.”

Ex-cop Norman Brennan, who set up the campaign group Law and Order Foundation, said: “Many migrants hang about pubs and clubs because, let’s face it, they’ve got nothing better to do.

“Which murder or rape by an asylum seeker will be one too many? The justice system is not just broken but shattered.

“All the promises over the years about stopping the boats, smashing the gangs, one in, one, out, has been nothing more than a public relations exercise.”

Sophie was 19 when Oladele, a strapping 6ft 5in Nigerian who moved to Britain aged 11, struck up a conversation with her and a friend on a night out in Wrexham city centre in the early hours of September 2025.

When her pal went home in a taxi, the 24-year-old insisted on walking her home as she tried to “shake him off.”

He turned nasty when she told him to go away once they got closer to her home – and dragged her into woodland where he raped her.

Afterwards he said: “This will teach you not to trust strangers.”

Sophie, whose real name can not be revealed for legal reasons, said: “It was terrifying. He was really violent and hit me over the head six or seven times.

“I thought his face would be the last one I ever saw. My life hasn’t been the same since. I’ve lost all my confidence and been suicidal. I’m not the same girl who went out that night.”

Nigerian Oladele, now 25, was jailed for 17 years and given an extended licence period of eight years at Caernarfon Crown Court in April this year.

He was already on bail over the in his home city of Manchester in November 2024.

Astonishingly, he fought and won a battle to stay in the UK after being given a two-and-a-half year sentence for falsely imprisoning a woman in Manchester in December 2022.

He tried to restrain a woman on a Manchester street in broad daylight but she managed to break free.

Speaking during his trial, his 21-year-old victim from the first attack told how she might “never feel normal again” after Oladele grabbed her from behind, making her fear she would be raped.

After the conviction, the Home Office ordered his deportation but he appealed, arguing that being sent to Nigeria would be a breach of his human rights which give him the right to a family life.

Nigerian Oladele was born in Italy before his family moved to Britain when he was 11. He lived illegally in the UK until 2018 when he was given a ‘residence card’, which was due to expire in 2024.

The cards, which are no longer in use, were given to people joining a partner or relative in the UK.

During his appeal, Oladele argued that being sent to Nigeria would breach his right to a family life.

The judge at his immigration tribunal in 2024 said the deportation was “finely balanced”, saying while Oladele had committed a “very serious” offence he would be a “complete outsider” should he relocate to Nigeria.

He added that Oladele had “developed private life having grown up in the United Kingdom” since the age of 11 and that outweighed the public interest in deporting him.

Analysis of court reporting shows at least 15 migrants have been sentenced for assaults or rapes on women in or around nightclubs and pubs in the past two years – including Sophie’s horrendous ordeal.

The crime figures include the rape of a woman on Brighton beach by three men who, a court heard, had stalked bars and nightclubs on the seafront “on the lookout for women…for sexual purposes.”

The men, who were living in a Home Office hotel in Horsham, 18 miles from Brighton, spat on their victim as well as kicking her and grabbing her throat during the attack last October.

She told a court that she still hears their laughter when she closes her eyes, adding: “My skin crawls – no matter how hard I scrub it I still feel dirty.”

Asylum seekers Abdulla Ahmadi, 26, from Iran, and Ibrahim Alshafe, 26, from Egypt were each jailed for 21 years for rape. Karin Al-Danasurt, 21, also from Egypt, was convicted of rape as a secondary party after filming the attack and was jailed for 18 years and six months.

There have been other attacks in in York, Oxford, Cardiff – which have become fashionable for hen nights – while seaside resorts like Margate, Torquay and Bournemouth have also been the scene of disgusting assaults.

In another attack, Cleo Lake, 21, suffered a broken nose when punched by Abdoela Berhan after she rejected his advances outside a club in Bournemouth in December 2024.

In July this year he was jailed for six months.

Government statistics show that 16,021 migrants are still housed in 160 hotels across the UK at the end of June this year.

Victims now want the Government to hold a public inquiry into migrant rapes and attacks.

Sophie said: “We need to find out just how much of this is going on and put a stop to it.”

The mother of one 15-year-old, raped by a , said: “This should be declared a national emergency.”

Her daughter had been to a Valentine’s disco with friends in February 2024 when Iranian Amin Abedi Mofrad, 35, attacked her.

He was given nine-and-a-half years in prison with an extended licence period of three years.

The victim’s mother said: “The judge said my daughter’s attacker was sitting on a bench waiting for a vulnerable woman to come along at 11pm at night. He was already a known offender having been convicted of crimes in Germany.

“There’s a clear pattern that’s gone unnoticed by the Government. We need an inquiry into these attacks because we are in a very very dangerous situation right now.

“Those leaflets on rape sent out to migrants show the clear cultural differences.”

More than 5,858 foreign offenders were deported in the year ending March 2026 – an increase of 13percent compared to the previous year, according to Home Office figures.

Festus Akinbusoye, former police and crime commissioner for Bedfordshire and London Mayor candidate, said more cops are needed on the streets to safeguard women.

He said: “No woman should have to think twice about whether she can walk home safely after a night out, and those who prey on vulnerable women must know that the police will be there to catch them and bring them to justice.

“I know the pressure our police officers are under and what they need to tackle serious violence effectively. That means more officers on our streets, visible policing in the places and at the times when people are most vulnerable, and the resources to identify dangerous offenders and pursue them relentlessly.”

The Home Office says it is deporting Sophie’s rapist.

A spokesperson said: “This was an absolutely horrific case, and our thoughts are with the victim. It is only right that this criminal has received a lengthy prison sentence, and deportation action has started against this individual following his sentencing.

“More than 80,000 illegal migrants and foreign criminals have been returned since the July 2024 election, a 41% increase. We will always seek to deport foreign criminals at the earliest possible opportunity.”
