Helen ended her relationship with her ex-fiancé in 2022 after 13 years together, yet their tensions escalated this month when she revealed her feelings as he enjoyed himself in a different location, instead of attending their son’s nativity play.
The couple shares and co-parents their three children: Matilda, 10, Delilah, seven, and Charlie, four. The former star has been open about their parenting dynamics.
In a recent video, she was seen having a reflective moment while snuggled up in bed.
Helen wore heart-print pajamas and styled her blonde hair in a simple updo.
She rested her head on her hand and blew a kiss to the camera.
Although Helen didn’t speak in the brief clip, she paired it with Mariah Carey's song "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and captioned it: “Not having your kids on Christmas Eve feels so unnatural when you’re a mommy x.”
“I ended up having a really nice Christmas with my family and friends; of course, I missed them, but it’s not about me, it’s about the children, and I have always encouraged a relationship with their father.
“Sending love to all those who co-parent. I dislike calling it that over Christmas; it’s not easy.”
