GREGG Wallace has furiously slammed MasterChef as he fired back over over being trolled for filming KFC reviews out the back of his car.
Gregg, 61, co-hosted the cooking show with for nearly two decades .
He stepped down from the role in November 2024 following .
Since getting the boot, the former presenter has returned to the camera in an online capacity – in a new series of review videos.
Earlier this month, he uploaded a video titled “I tried for the first time in YEARS” which has garned attention online.
Gregg filmed himself tucking into his fast food order in the boot of his car as he shared his gourmet opinions on camera.
The greengrocer gobbled down a chicken burger, fries and a piece of the Colonel’s original chicken as part of his review.
This week, on his Instagram, Gregg shared a post that he captioned: “Mistakes I made and mistakes you made.”
But it was a troll’s comment in the comments section of Gregg’s Instagram update that got his back up.
The viewer penned: “Life is funny isn’t it? One minute, you’re on the BBC co-hosting a flagship show watched by millions.
“Then all of a sudden you’re reviewing KFC out of the back of your car.”
Gregg furiously fired back: “Yes. I think you should look at MasterChef figures since I left.
“I think you should look at the viewing figures of terrestrial television.
“I think you should then look at the viewing figures of YouTube. Looking forward to you coming back to me.”
More recently, for fitness classes – only to not show up.
According to a Mail journalist who signed up, Gregg failed to show up for the monthly group coaching session and was never added to a Whatsapp group.
They were later issued an apology via his spokesperson.
The spokesperson told the publication: “I would like to apologise that this [1-2-1 coaching with Gregg] was still available as an option to purchase on the website.
“This should have been removed as we no longer offer this service on GreggWallace.Health.”
