But less than a week after the baby was born, looked truly stunning as she stepped out for an event at the London Eye.
The singer was attending an event to promote the new festive flick Christmas Karma, which she stars in.
Pixie wowed on stage with the other cast as she showed off her incredible post-pregnancy figure.
For the special evening, she wore a stunning peach sheer dress.
The outfit was pulled in at the waist, and showed off the yummy mummy’s flat tum – just five days since she gave birth.
In the new festive movie, which is a version of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, Pixie plays Mary Cratchit.

It was just last Thursday that Pixie revealed she had given birth.
The mum-of-two posted a sweet video of her newborn baby boy and wrote: “He’s here,” with a blue heart emoji.
The clip showed her newborn’s little feet and hands for the first time.
Pixie’s close celebrity pals were quick to congratulate the star.
Gaby Roslin wrote: “Ahhh huge congratulations to you beautiful and your whole family. Big love.”

The couple are already parents to son Albert, who was born in October 2023.

The pregnant star revealed she’d been given the green light to keep performing for “as long as it feels good”.
She shared: “I think the last gig [Flackstock, Aug 8] is going to be four weeks before the due date.
“So yeah, I think it’s going to be fine.
“I did it last time and I’ve checked with the doc and he said that it’s fine to keep doing it as long as you feel good.
“So hopefully, I mean that last show, four weeks, I don’t know how long… Woo! [laughs].”
