A WOMAN has shared her journey after undergoing a dramatic weight loss thanks to a gastric sleeve surgery.
Elle weighed 27 stone 7 pounds when she underwent the and now weighs around 11 stone.

The TikToker credits her glow up to both the -funded operation and her new and improved lifestyle.
Reflecting on her life before the procedure, Elle recalled her low self image.
Before her surgery, she wore a 32 and faced “crippling anxiety” that made it difficult to go out in public.
“I felt like my life was over. Like I was worthless. Invisible. Ugly. Disgusting. Dead inside,” she told her TikTok followers.
However after getting the surgery in 2023, she described how she “took my life back”.
Elle shed an incredible 16 stone, now wearing a size 12, and set out a for herself, which she has stuck to ever since.
“I changed my habits and became dedicated to never being in that place again,” she explained.
While she acknowledged that it isn’t always easy, Elle said she chooses life now.
She also shared how grateful she is to the NHS for all the help she has received.
Elle added that the procedure gave her back her self respect, her love for life, and her ability to dream and feel.
“I’m so proud of myself for the life I’ve created,” she said as she shared a series of before and after shots of herself online.
Elle’s TikTok followers piled on the compliments in the comments section, praising her new look as well as her outlook.

Another commenter described the “brilliant effort” Elle has put into her appearance.
