Ahead of the Ahoda East Constituency 11 and Khana Constituency 2 bye-elections in Rivers State, aspirants loyal to the Federal Capital Territory, FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike have won the All Progressives Congress, APC tickets.
The ruling party conducted the primary elections on Monday.
DAILY POST reports that the bye-elections were conducted to fill vacant seats in the Rivers State House of Assembly.
While Napoleo Ukalikpe won the APC ticket for the Ahoda East ll Constituency, Mrs Bulabari Henrietta Loolo is the party’s flagbearer for the Khana Constituency 2.

Henrietta is the wife of Hon. Dinebari Loolo, who represented Khana 2 State Constituency of Khana LGA until his death in September 2023.
Although the Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara is said to be the leader of APC in the state, Wike’s camp has produced the party’s candidates for the two constituency bye-elections.
