A FOOTBALLER was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery after having a car key lodged in his head following a chaotic brawl.

Things got completely out of hand and the midfielder ended up with serious injuries.
Shocking images made the rounds showing the Argentinean bleeding from the head with a car key stuck in his skull.
Smith was urgently transported to hospital to undergo an immediate operation for a skull fracture.
According to Ole, the operation was successful and the key did not affect any vein or artery.
The same source claims a suspect was identified as Gaston Omar Alvarez following his arrest.
Alvarez’s vehicle – a Chevrolet Zafira – was confiscated by the authorities.
The 40-year-old carried injuries in his face during his arrest by the police..
Smith’s daughter also suffered injuries and she followed him to the Evita Pueblo Hospital for treatment.
The same report adds that authorities are considering treating this case as attempted homicide.
Smith joined fourth-tier outfit Lamadrid from Berazategui in January following a nomadic career in ‘s lower leagues.
