THIS is the moment fly-tippers were caught dumping rubbish in a residential street while wearing flip flops.

One of the men identified, Marius Grancea, was fined £2,337 and warned he would be sent to jail if he did it again.
Footage from Weighton Road shows the vehicle stopping on the side of the road on April 18, 2025.
Two of the men come out of the van with hoodies covering their heads and flip flops on their feet.
The fly tippers open the back of the vehicle, stuffed with items, and quickly carry them to industrial bins to the residential homes.
With black bags and beige mattresses in their hands, the culprits dump the rubbish onto the side of the road.
After being caught red-handed on Harrow Council’s CCTV cameras, the authority identified Marius Grancea as one of the men.
He was taken to court on April 9 and pleaded guilty to his actions.
Grancea, from Enfield in London, was ordered to pay £2,337 and was told that he faced custody if he was caught offending again.
A Harrow spokesperson said: “Three men and a white van were dumping waste on Weighton Road.
“Their quick ‘trash and dash’ was caught on our CCTV camera.
“Our officers moved fast. They found one of them and took them to court
“Marius Grancea from Enfield pleaded guilty. Judge said it was deliberate. Ordered to pay £2,337 for the and warned they risk custody if found to do it again
“We’re getting tough on criminal dumpers.”
