EX-CHELSEA flop manager Liam Rosenior is going viral for his team talk after Paris FC beat Nice 3-0 in Ligue 1 last week.

Paris are currently second in the league on seven points, and five above city rivals PSG.

New boss has had a brilliant start to the season, with his side also shocking Marseille 3-2 this weekend.

He was mocked at for his communication skills, but a fantastic video of him riling up his team last week is now doing the rounds.

After Paris beat , he said: “Football is everything. You have to take care of that f*****g ball.

“I want us to either keep possession or enter the tackle. Stay concentrated. I do not want us to survive our way through the game and win 1-0. F*** that.

Paris play Lyon next, and face a mega local derby against the European champions in mid-December.
