The investigation into illegal gambling led to the suspension of players from its professional leagues in November.
Prosecutors also issued detention orders for 21 individuals, including 17 referees and two club presidents.
Fenerbahce, currently three points behind league leaders Galatasaray, is dealing with the ramifications of Yandas' involvement in this crisis.
The 31-year-old attacking midfielder was taken into custody following a prosecutor's order for his arrest.
It has been claimed that Yandas was involved in substantial financial transactions with a long-time associate, and those funds were allegedly transferred into accounts to place bets on Fenerbahce matches.
There are accusations that he engaged in conduct “intended to influence match outcomes.”
However, Yandas has categorically denied any involvement in match-fixing and asserted that he did not place any bets on matches involving his team.
He admitted to loaning money to an individual who had previously assisted him financially, stating that he was unaware the funds would be used for gambling.
Yandas has not participated in any matches this season, remaining an unused substitute on three occasions.
Ibrahim Haciosmanoglu, the president of the national football federation, acknowledged in a recent press conference that he observed “a growing sense of panic” behind the scenes “as operations intensify.”
Defender Metehan Baltaci and former Adana Demirspor president Murat Sancak were also among the 46 individuals arrested last week.
