NIGEL Farage has urged the nation to end the work from home culture as he says “it doesn’t make you more productive.”

The leader told a rally of some 2,000 people in that the country needed an “attitudinal change to hard work.”

Since , remote working has become more common, with the latest official data from the start of 2025 showing 13 per cent of the workforce are fully remote while 28 per cent are in hybrid work.

Farage has described claims that employees are more productive if they work from home as “nonsense”, stating “they’re more productive being with other fellow human beings and working as part of a team.”
