EXO’s Kai recently participated in a photo shoot for the fashion magazine Elle!
Following the photo shoot, which was in collaboration with Versace’s fragrance Eros Energy, Kai sat down for an interview. Having recently wrapped up promotions for his 4th mini album “”;; and preparing for his first solo concert tour “,”;; he opened up about what keeps him motivated. He shared, “Since this is my first activity after being discharged [from mandatory military service], I feel like my energy to work has been fully recharged. I want to let fans who haven’t seen me in two years know that we’ll be meeting more often now. I’m physically tired, but mentally I’m incredibly happy and feel very fulfilled because I’m confident that I’m doing the best I can right now.”;;
When asked what it means to be good at his job, Kai—who debuted in 2012—responded, “In the past, I thought it was all about the end result. Now, I think it’s about staying in your field for a long time—enduring. Honestly, the fact that you’ve been doing it for a long time is proof that you’re good at it.”;;
