Chelsea star Morgan Rogers on Saturday joined former Chelsea players Didier Drogba, Eden Hazard, Cesc Fàbregas and Diego Costa in an exclusive record after scoring a goal against Hull City.

Chelsea drew 2-2 with Hull City, with goals from Rogers and João Pedro.

According to OptaJoe, Rogers’ goal against Hull City means the England international has become the fifth different player to score or assist in each of Chelsea’s first four games of a Premier League season after Drogba (2010-11), Fàbregas (2014-15), Costa (2014-15 and 2016-17), and Hazard (2018-19).

Rogers has been impressive for Chelsea since joining the Blues from Aston Villa during the summer transfer window.

The 24-year-old will hope to lead Xabi Alonso’s men to victory when they face Brentford in the Premier League next Friday.
