Arsenal winger, Bukayo Saka has voiced frustration over his team’s performance in their 2-2 draw with Wolves in the Premier League on Wednesday.
The England international noted their second-half display against Wolves was flat and disappointing.
Saka, who captained the side in Martin Odegaard’s absence, emphasized that their performance did not meet the expectations they had set this season.
While he and Piero Hincapie netted goals to earn a point, Saka was not satisfied.
“It felt very flat,” Saka told Sky Sports. “We’re very disappointed with the result and the way we played, especially in the second half. It’s far from the standards we’ve set as a team this season.”
Saka added that the squad needs to reflect on recent displays: “We must fix these issues immediately, so we can get back to winning games.”
