Former Manchester United player, Paul Parker, has urged his old club to offload Harry Maguire and Mason Mount this upcoming summer transfer window.

Parker insisted that Maguire’s time at Old Trafford has reached its conclusion, recommending that the Red Devils prioritize selling Mount as well.

“I believe Maguire has had his time, and he has been through a lot of managers,” Parker said in an interview with Metro.

“You have young talents like Yoro and Heaven on the rise, along with de Ligt and Martinez, keeping Maguire could hinder the development of these young players.”

Regarding Mount, Parker stated, “If a substantial offer comes in for Mount, you have to take it. He has not played a lot of football for United, and he is missing again in games.”

Maguire joined Manchester United from Leicester City in 2019, while Mount made his move from Chelsea to Old Trafford in 2023.
