Jamie Carragher, ex-Liverpool defender, has criticized Chelsea’s summer signing Alejandro Garnacho.

Carragher said that he didn’t like Garnacho being on his phone while he attended Chelsea’s Premier League 2-0 win against Fulham last weekend.

Garnacho had joined the Blues from Man United for a reported £40 million fee.

The Argentine was present at Stamford Bridge on Saturday to watch Enzo Maresca’s side defeated Fulham before his transfer move to the Premier League west London club was confirmed.

During the encounter, Garnacho was seen using his phone at times and Carragher is not pleased with the 21-year-old winger.

“I am not a fan of Garnacho,” Carragher said (via Chelsea FC Online).

“Do you know what I did not like? Did you see the game yesterday, when they cut to the crowd and they were on their phones when the game is on.

“It is not just him, lots of people do it. I can’t stand it.”
