Newly signed Liverpool striker, Darwin Nunez has admitted he does not understand his manager, Jurgen Klopp.
The Uruguayan also said he is struggling to find his confidence to score goals after failing to find the back of the net against Rangers on Tuesday night.
The former Benfica player says he ‘does not understand’ what Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says.
He joined the Anfield outfit from Benfica over the summer in a deal that could reach £85million.
He has only scored once in the league and is struggling to live up to his enormous price tag.
Nunez was addressing the press after the game against Liverpool when he was asked about Klopp’s gameplan.
And he said, “The truth is that, honestly, in the team talks he[Klopp] speaks, and I don’t understand anything.
“I then ask my team-mates to tell me what he said. But I think he is very clear about his game.
“He asks us to make things simple, to not be afraid to play, to have confidence. And then when we lose the ball he wants us to press. That’s what he always asks for.”
