Manchester United striker, Benjamin Sesko, is earning much less than Viktor Gyokeres at Arsenal, the UK Mirror reports.
Sesko rejected a bigger salary on offer from Newcastle United to join their Premier League rivals.
United will pay RB Leipzig a potential £74m – £66.4million with £7.6m in add-ons to land Sesko, who has signed a five-year contract.
The 22-year-old will earn around £160,000 per week, just over £8.3m a year.
Gyokeres, meanwhile, joined Arsenal from Sporting Lisbon in July in a deal worth £64m.
The 27-year-old has also signed a five-year deal with the Gunners and now earns a hefty £200,000 per week, or £10.4m a year before bonuses.
Both Sesko and Gyokeres could go face-to-face on Sunday, when both teams face off in their first league game of the new season.
