Boss Thomas Tuchel will therefore want all hands on deck for the Panama game in New Jersey this Saturday.
But he may be forced to take precautionary action with two nailed-on starters.
According to The Telegraph, Declan Rice and Reece James will both be subjected to fitness tests before the game.
Arsenal star Rice limped through the media mixed zone with strapping on his left calf after the Ghana draw.
And Chelsea skipper James is understood to have ‘felt something’ during the 0-0, which the medical team will monitor closely over the coming days.
