VIEWERS of the epic Corriedale crossover are convinced they have discovered a plot hole as John Sugden's murderer confessed to his crime.

The final scene showed Victoria, his half-sister, standing over him in disbelief. In Tuesday's episode, she confided in her brother Robert and his partner Aaron Dingle.
The couple reassured Victoria that she was safe, as no one else was aware of the incident. However, the camera then cut back to Joe Tate, who was in the woods filming the encounter between Victoria and John.
Fans quickly questioned how Joe could have been in the woods, given that he had been thrown off his feet by an earlier explosion and taken to the hospital.
The video on Joe's phone revealed Victoria attempting to cover her tracks as she wiped her fingerprints from the syringe she used to kill him and placed it in his hand, making it appear as though it was a suicide.
