El-Rufai, Aregbesola, Amaechi were think tank of APC – Dino Melaye

Former Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye, has revealed that key members of the opposition coalition—such as former governors Rauf Aregbesola, Rotimi Amaechi, Nasir El-Rufai, and himself—were once the think tank and engine room of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Melaye warned that these same politicians would help the African Democratic Congress, ADC, bury the APC come 2027.

Speaking in Abuja while addressing members of the coalition that recently adopted the ADC as their political platform, Melaye vowed that the party would bring about the downfall of the ruling APC in the next general election.

According to Melaye: “From tonight we are burying APC, some of us are founding members of APC and those of us who left are actually the engine and think tank of APC.

“We have El-Rufai, Amaechi, Dino Melaye, and many of you who are here including Rauf Aregbesola.

“So we knew where the seed was planted and we are going to uproot the seed, we are going to destroy the political fallopian tube and it will come to pass.

“So please, it’s a battle and as you are going out, let the fire of conviction start burning, anywhere you go speak ADC.

“Those of us in PDP, we have left the carcass, but we know that ADC is moving to the Villa by the grace of the Almighty God.

“This is the unity party of Nigeria and it’s the party for everybody, mass mobilization, mass registration in every polling unity, no noise making but go back home and work because we must defeat these fraudsters.”;
